‘Sister Wives’ Bombshell: Leaked Docs Reveal Kody and Wives Barred from Building on Coyote Pass Property

The Coyote Pass property, initially purchased by the Brown family in 2018 when they relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, is currently divided among Kody Brown and his wives. Each wife was allocated a parcel of land, but ownership details have evolved over time due to personal circumstances.

Meri Brown’s parcel is paid off, but she has reportedly moved to Utah to manage her bed and breakfast. Janelle Brown’s parcel is also fully paid off, although she resides in Flagstaff away from the Coyote Pass property.

Christine Brown, following her separation from Kody, sold her parcel back to him, relinquishing any ownership of the property. Robyn Brown’s parcel, jointly owned with Kody, is now completely paid off, and they reside in a home near Coyote Pass.

Despite initial plans to construct homes for each wife, no development has occurred on the land, which remains vacant. Therefore, the Coyote Pass property is currently owned by Kody Brown, along with Meri, Janelle, and Robyn, while Christine no longer holds any ownership stake in the property.

Recently, leaked documents on Instagram have revealed that Kody Brown and his wives were barred from building homes at their Coyote Pass property. The purchase agreements and loans with the seller explicitly stated that the land could not be used for primary residential purposes but was intended for commercial or investment uses, such as vacation rentals.

This stipulation was crucial to the seller, who would not have sold the property otherwise. The zoning regulations further restricted the property, mandating lots to be a minimum of 2 acres and prohibiting mobile homes and trailers.

‘Sister Wives’ star Janelle demands appraiser to settle Coyote land dispute

Janelle Brown demanded that a professional appraiser be brought in to settle a dispute over the division of the Coyote Pass property. This 14-acre property in Arizona was purchased in 2018 by Janelle, Kody Brown, and his other wives, Meri, Christine, and Robyn.

Kody claimed that since Christine had traded her portion of the land with him, he and Robyn should receive 8 acres, leaving Janelle with 4 acres and Meri with only 2 acres. This proposal did not sit well with Janelle.

Janelle insisted that the land be divided equally among all parties. She said, “There’s 14 acres. I think it’s time we have a real appraisal.” She believed that only a professional appraiser could provide an unbiased and fair assessment of the property’s value and how it should be divided.

Meri also disagreed with Kody’s plan. Despite having a strained relationship with Kody for nearly a decade, she felt that she deserved more than just 2 acres. Meri pointed out that she had financially contributed to the property and should receive a fair share. She expressed her frustration, saying, “It seems like he has already made the decision and I don’t think that is fair.”

After this, Janelle’s call for a professional appraiser aimed to ensure that the division of the property was handled impartially and justly, preventing Kody from making a decision that benefited only himself and Robyn.

‘Sister Wives’ star Kody Brown and Meri Brown get into heated fight over Coyote pass ownership

Kody Brown and Meri Brown had a heated argument over the ownership and division of their Coyote Pass property. In one of the episodes of ‘Sister Wives’, Kody proposed a plan to divide the land. He suggested that he and Robyn should get 8 acres because Christine had traded her portion with him.

This left 4 acres for Janelle and only 2 acres for Meri. Meri was not happy with this proposal. Meri argued that the land should be divided more equally. She felt that Kody’s decision was unfair, especially since she had financially contributed to purchasing the property.

The argument between Kody and Meri became very intense, with both sides standing firm on their positions. She wanted an unbiased assessment to ensure everyone received their rightful share.

‘Sister Wives’ star Kody Brown makes Robyn Brown sign fraud documents

Kody and Robyn were required to sign legal documents concerning the purchase of a home with his other wife, Christine. In these documents, Robyn declared that no joint money between her and Kody was used for this purchase. This statement contradicts what was shown on the TV show, where it was claimed that Robyn contributed money for Christine’s down payment.

This contradiction suggested that either Robyn lied in the legal documents (which could be considered fraud) or that the show falsely portrayed the situation. If Robyn’s money had indeed been used, she could not have been legally removed from the title of the property.
